This project is an architectural masterpiece of a mixed-use commercial building spanning four floors, designed to ensure multi-functionality and efficiency. The building includes designated parking areas that are easily accessible and organized, enhancing the experience for visitors and tenants. Scope of works (architectural works and electromechanical works) Architecturally, the building features a stunning exterior with perforated geometric designs and arched windows that exude modern style and elegance. The facades are equipped with subtle lighting to highlight the building's beauty and enhance its visual presence at night. For the electromechanical works, the focus was on providing adequate central ventilation and air conditioning systems that suit the building's size and various uses. In addition, advanced lighting systems have been installed to ensure optimal light distribution in all departments. These systems are integral to providing a comfortable and practical experience for all users.
